Has the world gone mad?
We have mega companies spending billions of dollars on advertising so we buy food that makes us fat and sick and die before our time.
Then we have other big companies that spend billions of dollars on advertising so we buy pills that are supposed to stop us getting fat and sick and dying before our time.
So I wrote a hip-hop E-book called ‘A serious think about food’. This hip-hop E-book is like a regular book except that it is not linear or fixed so it can be changed at will and read as a series of separate posts and it is free on line.
It does take a couple or so hours to read and it does require a bit of serious thinking, which is out of fashion, but it does set the scene for avoiding get fat and sick and dying before our time.
It also saves money as all those billions of dollars in advertising have to be recovered by inflated prices.
But the snag is that there is not billions of dollars to spend on advertising so it takes some pioneering people to read the hip-hop E-book and then tell their friends who in turn tell their friends.
A few tips on using a hip-hop E-book
Reading a hip-hop E-book is a bit different to reading a normal book.
For a start it is dynamic which means that new posts are being added and old ones removed as new information comes to hand and old information becomes obsolete (or so common that everyone knows it).
I strongly recommend that you sign up as a free member and tick the notify me of new post box so you keep up to date, this is a fast moving technology.
Some posts are published under the Creative Commons system which means they can be re-published without further permission, just acknowledgement of source (Colin Austin, Gbiota.com)
Each post is a stand alone post so you can hip-hop around as suits your fancy, however, I do recommend that you read the first half dozen posts in sequence as that will give you a good overview of what Gbiota food is all about, which I admit is a bit more involved than just throwing packets into a Supermarket trolley.
